Sometimes we need an objective, third-party perspective separate from our friends, family, and our own minds to safely explore who we are and what we want out of life. I provide a comfortable space to explore the uncomfortable questions you may be pondering about yourself, your past, present, and future. Together, we will develop a treatment plan with specific goals, and I will introduce hands-on tools and exercises to help you get where you want to go.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an extensively researched approach to helping people heal from trauma, get freedom from negative beliefs that keep them stuck, and provide relief from panic attacks and many other forms of psychological stress. The goal of EMDR therapy is to leave you with the emotions, understanding, and perspectives that will lead to the freedom to be who you truly are without the weight of the baggage of trauma and other painful experiences.

Meeting with a group of individuals undergoing similar difficulties can be incredibly healing and validating. We learn from hearing other people’s experiences and ways they’ve helped themselves. There is so much discover about ourselves as we interact with and support our peers. I currently offer a group for teen girls ages 12-14 years old, and a group for adult women 21 years and up.
