Light Stream

Light Stream is a short guided meditation that incorporates the healing power of mindfulness, visualization, breathing, and progressive muscle relaxation.  If you're feeling great, this will likely enhance that feeling and add some peace and joy in there too.  If you're feeling anxious, sad, angry, or upset in any way, Light Stream is an excellent way to move through the painful feeling so that you can go about your day feeling lighter and more able to manage difficult emotions.  Check it out when you have 5-10 minutes to sit quietly with your eyes closed without distractions like children, animals, or bosses.

Color Ball

Color Ball is another brief guided meditation that helps to contain big feelings that you don't have time or energy to address head-on in the moment.  I call this "healthy compartmentalization" because it's a way to intentionally store challenging emotions in a way that is respectful to the emotion but leaves you in charge of when and how you deal with it.  Give this one a try when you have 5-10 minutes to yourself with limited distractions and the ability to close your eyes and breathe.
